This unnamed Skiff was a small passenger ship located on the barren planet of M6-117. A light-duty vehicle of hybrid technology: part bush plane, part space craft.[1]
History[]
The survivors of Hunter Gratzner discovered it, at Geological Outpost T2, in a disrepair state. Its fabric wings were wind-torn, but the hull looked intact.[1] It had no power cells to operate and they needed to trek back to the Hunter Gratzner crash site, to cannibalize the ship for parts.[2]
Upon escaping the planet, it was intercepted by the Kublai Khan, the Skiff was dragged on-board along with the passengers: Jack, Riddick and Imam Abu al-Walid. The skiff was soon after ejected from Kublai Khan, and left to drift in space.[3]
Trivia[]
- It’s capacity is 12, which is how many survived the crash of the Hunter Gratzner (excluding Greg Owens).
- The Skiff has a 90-gig draw. One power cell is enough for a Sys-check, while 5, 20-gig cells, are necessary to fly. Weighing thirty-five kilos (over 77 pounds) each.
- The survivors talked about patching the wings, but appeared to never do so.
