The Neibaum system was a system which was the battle ground between the Necromonger Empire and the Carthodox, during the reign of the Necromonger Lord Marshal Baylock. Initially, the Carthodox side had the upper hand, most likely due to their ability to intercept the Necromonger's radio transmissions. The Necromonger named Kryll changed the course of the war in the Empire's favor, with his development of the use of telepathic near-dead known as the Order of the Quasi-Dead, due to the psychic transmissions being unable to be intercepted by the enemy. With their use, the Necromongers finally conquer their dire foe, and became a staple in the Necromonger arsenal.
