Neibaum Prime is a planet that was conquered by the Necromonger Empire, under the Lord Marshal Kryll. This was where the first Conquest Icon was created and used, which was dedicated to the former Lord Marshal Baylock, and would later become a major staple in the Necromonger conquest of the universe. Lord Marshal Baylock died on this planet in a landing accident.
