Mosely was an inmate in Butcher Bay Correctional Facility in Double-Max area. He and two of his friends, Alonzo and Void, managed to buy his way to the mines. They were caught by a guard, who was angry about not seeing the money. Alonzo and Void however, managed to sneak away without a guard seeing them, and didn't mention them to the guard. Mosely is a member of the Blueskins. Mosely was killed by Richard B. Riddick.
