Lowe was a guard in Butcher Bay Correctional Facility.
He and Brad had trapped another guard inside an elevator by stacking boxes between the doors. When the trapped person asked to be released, Lowe wanted an apology, which he got, but he still didn't let him out. When disguised Riddick asked them about it, Lowe said: "You didn't see this, OK!".
