Jamal-Udeen was an inmate in the Butcher Bay Correctional Facility's Double-Max prison and could be found by Riddick in the prison's courtyard. He seemed to hate the Blueskins gang and asked Riddick to kill every last one. He probably is related to Izz-Udeen.
