Greg Owens was the navigator of the Hunter Gratzner, and was killed after the crash landing of the ship on M6-117 (upon impact, he was impaled with a ship component, possibly a handle of some kind). He was the person that stopped Carolyn Fry from purging the main cabin, which held all of the passengers (by jamming a large tool between the airlocks doors of his compartment).
